Dispatch & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days from payment confirmation. During sale periods or public holidays this may take longer.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Typical transit times (once dispatched):
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs (international) or events outside our control.
- Title to the goods passes to you on dispatch, subject to your right to return under these Terms and consumer law.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@ivyleaf.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.
- We will investigate and, if the item is confirmed lost/damaged/incorrect, arrange a replacement or refund and reimburse reasonable return postage costs where appropriate.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind
- You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached;
- Returned in the original packaging (where applicable); and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
- Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. In lieu of a refund, we may offer store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
- We will assess the issue and, where confirmed, offer a replacement, repair or full refund (including reasonable return postage costs).
- Your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (for example: earrings, swimwear without original hygiene seals, and fitted underwear) are non-returnable unless faulty. Sale items may be final at the point of purchase; check the product listing.
How To Return
- Email hello@ivyleaf.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a returns address.
- Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase.
- We recommend you use tracked postage for returns — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
